Our goal is to give the athletes the opportunity and chance to develop a higher level of fitness, speed, endurance and coordination. We stress discipline and teamwork. We want our athletes to improve during the course of our season, its not all about winning. You win when you improve yourself and achieve your personal goals. TRAIN HARD, WIN EASY is our Motto.

New to our club, please do this step.
Open your phone to send a text. In the phone number section type in 22300 (yes this short number) for the phone number. In the body of the text type in the word Alert and then send the text.

The athlete’s year of birth will determine what age division they will compete in.

8 and Under Girls/Boys (Born 2017 and later)
9 year old Girls/Boys (Born 2016)
10 year old Girls/Boys (Born 2015)
11 year old Girls/Boys (Born 2014)
12 year old Girls/Boys (Born 2013)
13 year old Girls/Boys (Born 2012)
14 year old Girls/Boys (Born 2011)
15-16 year old Girls/Boys (Born 2009-2010)
17-18 year old Women/Men (Born 2007-2008) Athletes who are 18 through the final day of the National Championship/AAU Junior Olympics shall be eligible to compete in the 17-18 year old age divisions

We have completed our three onsite registrations. If you still want to join our team, registration is open during practice. The last day to Register for the season will be Thursday, May 8, 2025. We are also monitoring the number of athletes, so please come out sooner than later.
Registration times are 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Practice will begin on Monday, March 31, 2025.
We practice at Veterans Memorial High School.

Practice days are Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00 to 7:30pm.
You can pick up uniforms during practice. If you have any sizing issues, please text Kirk at 210-838-0165.
How to wash your uniform:
Machine wash in COLD water, never use Bleach or Fabric Softener
Do not soak or wash in the sink (colors may bleed)
Dry on low cycle in the dryer, the uniform will not take long to dry. You can also hang dry the uniform.
If the uniform is extremely wet from perspiration after wearing, do not wad up in a ball. Wash it as soon as possible. Never dry clean and ironing is not recommended.
